Alejandro Martí, born in Spain, is an internationally recognized specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery. Since founding his own practice BONITAS, he has specialized in a variety of plastic and aesthetic procedures. His focus is on breast surgery, lipedema treatment, body contouring and minimally invasive treatments.
Alejandro comes from a family of doctors steeped in tradition and was introduced to the world of cosmetic surgery from childhood. This early passion led him to an exceptional career characterized by sound training and international experience. He is a “Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon” in Germany and Spain and a full member of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRAEC).
Alejandro began his comprehensive training with studies in human medicine in Valencia, followed by a Master of Science in “Clinical Problem Solving in Human Medicine” in Madrid, which gave him a holistic view of people. He deepened his practical experience in several renowned clinics in Germany.
He began his career in Munich and was able to gain experience in breast surgery, in particular endoscopic axillary breast augmentation, as well as in lipedema treatment and body contouring under the guidance of his mentor Dr. Klöppel (now Theresium) as early as 2017 and 2018. He then completed his specialist training in plastic and aesthetic surgery at the Clinic for Plastic Surgery/Center for Severely Burned Patients of the Nuremberg Hospital, University Hospital of the Paracelsus Medical Private University. A rotation in the Plastic and Hand Surgery Clinic of the University Hospital Erlangen – repeatedly awarded as the best training center in Germany – rounded off his training.
Later, Alejandro further deepened his expertise at the Nuremberg Hospital, where he most recently took over responsibility for the breast center from the Clinic for Plastic Surgery and performed numerous plastic and aesthetic procedures. He also gained valuable experience in aesthetic surgery under the guidance of Dr. Radu, head of the practice “Dr. Radu + Partner”.
Alejandro follows a patient-oriented approach in which the individual wishes and needs are the focus. His goal is to emphasize the natural beauty of his patients while maintaining the highest medical standards.
