What is Lipedema Stage 1?

Stage 1 lipedema is the earliest diagnosable stage of this chronic fat distribution disorder. Here, initial fat deposits appear, usually symmetrically on the thighs, lower legs, or arms – while the skin and tissue still appear smooth and soft.
